FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my child is absent?

If you let us know by 8:00 AM on the day before of the absence, we can credit that meal to a future date or arrange a replacement, depending on school policy. Just message us!

Are the meals delivered hot?

We deliver meals fresh and ready to eat. Meals will be kept warm in thermal containers until lunch time.

Can I request vegetarian, or allergy-friendly meals?

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Please let us know about any allergies or restrictions when placing your order—we take that seriously.

What’s included in each meal?

Each meal includes a main dish a side of dessert (Applesauce or Organic Fresh Fruits). Details are listed in the menu.
